Man, I just LOVE this guy. The audio on some of the older clips might lack, but the energy and fire are still there. It's interesting to see him play what looks like a Guild Starfire rather than his signature Strat guitars in the first two older clips from the late '60s, and I love his acoustic rendition of "Hoochie, Coochie Man" from that same period. But man he burns it up on hi Strat the last few clips. His showmanship really shines on the later clips below.
I saw Buddy a few years back up in Concord, New Hampshire, about a week after his induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. It doesn't get any better than sitting three rows from the front, watching his grin and tease and wail up-close and personal.
