Just saw online that Peter Graves died today. 83 years old. I've enjoyed his work for years. Jim

Jim Arness's little brother. I always liked both of them and remember them as being so young; time stands still on film I guess; reality smacks you right between the eyes. Sorry to hear it; RIP.

Stalag 17, Night of the Hunter, Fury, Whiplash, Mission Impossible, Airplane...just to mention a few. Peter Aurness, i.e. Peter Graves, made an impact on those of us who grew up during the 50s and 60s. R.I.P.

Who can forget the 1957 epic, Beginning of the End. Peter fights giant grasshoppers who have destroyed my neck of the woods or rather, cornfield!
