Hope I didn't scare anybody, but I couldn't resist the fake headline. Today I went to see the new film, "The Happening," with Mark Wahlberg, and much to my surprise, there was Bill C. on screen in a juicy bit part as a cab driver, briefly speaking with a cop, then, after the cop shot himself in the street, Bill gets out of his car, walks to pick up the pistol, the shoots himself, falling face first towards the camera!!Good work Bill!! But I want equal time!!!! The Western Channel (Starz) is running Jericho this week (this month?) with Mark Vally, Buck Taylor, and Leon Coffee -- and Rich Curilla as the bartender in the Jericho Saloon in two scenes near the end of the film. It was shot at Alamo Village. The Jericho Saloon is the Cantina.

I went to see this last night and I almost fell out of my chair when Bill came on the screen. I yelled to my boyfriend that I know who that guy is, and he immediately hushed me.
It was a well-done bit scene on Bill's part. Good job, Bill!

What a headline, Victoria! Tis true.
The scene took two days to shoot (after two days of rehearsals since the multi-character scene was carefully choreographed). It was just me and fellow actor Don Castro, the police officer, + over 150 background and the full crew, including the SFX makeup team, under Night's direction.
I couldn't say anything about my part or the scene last March during Alamo activities in Bexar because all cast members had to sign letters of confidentiality.
Alas, since then it's been back to the SAG background world working on such films as Fighting and The Taking of Pelham 123.
[Note: "Mrs. Jones" was THE scary role in The Happening!]
