I'm trying to figure out if that comes from the book R. Crumb Draws the Blues?

It is in that collection. I don't have the book, but I think it collects a few of Crumb's music related strips.
I recently picked up "R. Crumb's Heroes of Blues, Jazz, and Country", which reprints all those card sets he put out in the 80's, and includes a CD of a lot of 78s from the artisits depicted.
