Havn't seen this poster before. My reference to the rifle was to the brief glimpses I got of it in the movie.

I saw a stage coach shotgun once that had a couple extra barrels attached below. It was a wicked looking thing and I hesitated to even touch it.

I really thought the one McQueen was toting around in the movie was a turnbarrel job but I could be wrong.

The McQueen "Nevada Smith" rifle is actually an over/under barrel arrangement. The movie poster posted here shows him holding the gun, but turned in such a way that it appears to be side-by-side. I'm going to look in a couple of McQueen biographies to see if it is identified there.

Yes, it is an over and under, but I couldn't find a photo of such an arrangement.
