So, which of you fellow Texas Revolution historians were in attendance tonight that i didn't get to meet? My wife and I sat in, but we didn't quite get around to shaking any new hands or matching names to faces - perhaps next time i suppose. For those who were in attendance, did you also find yourselves rooting around in your pockets for a knife to aid in cutting the obvious tension in the air that surfaced a time or two during the Q&A? Anyone care to discuss any of the topics addressed? Edit: Managed to snatch a screenshot of my back from the livefeed...

So, in the spirit of 'bumping' the thread... Anyone make it to the second meeting? For anyone interested, here is a (horrible) photo of the timeline canvas they featured, and the source citations of the featured imagery. Nothing new, but I absolutely hate leaving meetings/symposiums/lectures empty handed.
