Was not able to come to Texas for the showing of John Wayne's classic, and the celebration around it - Have tried searching S.A. papers online, and different sites, and would like to read how it went, from somebody on the spot -- hopefully from the Alamo Studies Forum - Look forward to seeing something soon --

Start at this page and go to the end. As for the Alamo Village day, we had over 100 visitors, most of them Alamologists, Alamodians, Alamicians and Alamaniacs. Hard work for me, but still a wonderful experience.
