In my case "I've seen play" covers the years 1964 - present. So here it is for whatever it might be worth (not much I suspect!)
Batting Order Joe Morgan 2B Robin Yount CF Albert Pujols 1B Mike Schmidt 3B Cal Ripken SS Carlton Fisk C Roberto Clemente RF Carl Yastrzemski LF
(any lineup featuring Yaz in the 9-slot is formidable, don't ya think?)
Pitchers Bob Gibson RHP Randy Johnson LHP Wilbur Wood SP/RP/CL Mariano Rivera CL Bench Pete Rose PH Tony LaRussa MGR

Good line up. I was trying to recall how many Hall of Famers I've seen play and the list is pretty long (almost depressing! Am I THAT old? ). Just a sampling includes Mantle, Mays, Berra, Snyder, Hodges, Campy, Jackie R., Erskine, and no end of 1950s-era Yankess, Dodgers and Giants; Eddie Matthews, Early Wynn, Bob Lemon (is Al Rosen in?); Clemente, Stargell, Nolan Ryan, Jim Palmer and Tom Seaver (two personal favorites), Carlton, Gibson, Schmidt, Reggie Jackson (is Dave Winfield in?); Stan-the-Man, (Can't recall if I actually SAW Ted Williams, but I may have in his latter days); Rose, Morgan, Bench, entire "Big Red Machine," Brooks & Frank; Eddie Murray, Cal, Yaz, Kaline, Killebrew, Whitey Ford (still not sure he belongs in the HOF as he's an admitted serial cheater; saw Killebrew slam a huge homer off him at the original Yankee Stadium, July 4, 1964, the day before I headed for my year in Iceland). Of course I'm prejudiced, but I'd pick Earl Weaver as manager. Rizzuto and Reece were two boyhood heroes. I wouldn't know where to begin! And I'll bet I've left off more names than I included! Allen
