This is from today's "Book World" in the Washington Post. Sounds like an interesting book and topic. This partly explains why so many adults, not just kids, are turned off to history. Is it really history anymore when historians try to place past events in today's context, and then only their spin on today's context. Will do Tom. One of my favorite times of the week is Sunday morning with the weekly book reviews. I find the Washington Post review more interesting than the NY Times because it tends to cover more books on history. The NY Times review has gotten increasingly esoteric in recent years.
