As some of y'all may know, I've been busy since late spring regrouping my band, The Rockin' Road Dogs. We've got a few good gigs under our belts and I have to tell you, the guys I've been blessed to hook up with locally do put the "ROCK" in "Rockin' Road Dogs. No egos, no baggage -- just a bunch of guys who still just want to make music together because they love doing it. What a refreshing change that has been. More amazingly, two of us are in our 60s and can tear it up. I remember when I thought 40 was over the hill for a musician. I think I was, like, 20 back then. lol Anyway, if you haven't stopped by www.RockinRoadDogs.com for a bit, pay us a visit. This week, we've added an equipment list (for folks into that sort of stuff) as well as our current master song list, which is a pretty impressive mix of blues, old rockers, LP cuts and originals. One thing -- we are not your typical cover band. Whatever we do, we do it our own way. IN OTHER NEWS, we will be working on a "live" demo starting next weekend. This demo will be mixed and used for promotional purposes. AND FINALLY ... if anyone knows of some place in the northern New England area (N.H., Mass., ME., VT) looking for a good band, give me shout. We would love to make some noise in your neighborhood. Paul
