New Book - Tejanos in the 1835 Texas Revolution « Thread Started on Oct 23, 2009, 8:45am »
I purchased a new book - TEJANOS IN THE 1835 TEXAS REVOLUTION by L. Lloyd McDonald. I haven't read it as of yet, so I'm not able to give any sort of review other than to say the bibliography is comprehensive, Bill Groneman gives his praise on the back of the jacket, and the Midwest Book Review gives it five stars on Amazon.com. Perhaps someone on this forum has read it.

Midwest Book Review has posted almost 48,000 reviews on Amazon. I've looked at a lot of them, and from what I've seen, they appear to award everything they "review" five stars. I'm not doubting the merits of this new book, but will wait for further reviews before ordering it.
